Cancellation Policy
Our services may include support in Information Technology, handyman tasks, and personal issue resolution. Many of these offerings are considered intangible services (consultations, troubleshooting, advice, or remote assistance)—meaning they involve time, expertise, and effort rather than physical products. Because these services cannot be returned or undone once delivered, they are non-refundable. If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please notify Jamexus at least 24 hours in advance. Clear communication is essential—be transparent with your intentions, as mutual respect and accountability are expected from both sides. By booking a service, you agree to these terms. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged in full without refund. Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 5–7 business days. Changes can be made via email, phone, or our online. Exceptions for emergencies are considered individually, and if we must cancel or reschedule, clients will be promptly notified and offered a new time or full refund
