Payment Terms of Services (02/07/25)

  • Subject to Change: Payment terms are subject to change and may be amended from time to time.

  • Usage of Payments: Payments to Jamexus are used for labor and providing services to customers by all parties involved in resolving customer issues.

  • Additional Terms: The service terms are additions to the general use and privacy policy and are subject to change over time.

  • Simple and Transparent Terms: The terms are simple, transparent, and upfront. Customers receive the services they request and are expected to exchange money for services.

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are provided only if the services do not resolve the issue (unless a diagnostic was requested). If the issue is not resolved, customers will be refunded or prorated for the services completed. Processing fees for refunds must be paid to a third party. Jamexus will cover processing fees for incoming payments, while customers will cover processing fees for refunds.

  • Hourly Service Policy: When an issue is resolved, customers can call back within 24 hours after resolving the issue(s) connected to the same. Once 24 housr has expired, a new service payment is required.

Membership Benefits

  • Members are entitled to help without further expenses for technical issues with computers, including connection problems, printing issues, hardware/software installations, keyboard malfunctions, no sound, display adjustments, diagnostics, updates, and computer setup.

  • Onsite visits are charged at $25 for members ($50 without membership) if the issue is resolved. Travel costs are separate from membership services. Customers are not charged for services that don't require an onsite visit.

Additional Service Fees

  • Some services may require a one-time fee (e.g., creating a website). After the website is complete, there is a charge of $1 per minute for future maintenance and updates.

  • After service completion, responsibility are only assumed for issues worked on/resolved. Both the customer and Jamexus will test and ensure that services are completed to the customer's standards and realistic expectations, before disconnecting.

 

Agreement to Terms

  • By selecting "Pay Now" or making a payment, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions, including Jamexus privacy policy.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing any changes made to the terms and conditions of Jamexus.com.

  • Should any issues lead to a court, the customer is responsible for all court fees and legal representation for Jamexus.

  • Terms are in effect after being published on the website. If customers do not agree with changes to the terms and conditions, they are encouraged to leave the site and discontinue its use.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted for tangible items: if they are damaged upon arrival or if the customer wishes to exchange/return them for a refund. Customers will pay the shipping cost to return the items and will be refunded for the tangible item purchased.

  • Purchase of intangible items and or services provided, will not be returned nor refunded.

 

Shipping Details

  • Tangible items purchased at Jamexus.com will be shipped to the customer within 5-7 business days. Shipping and tracking information will be provided via email from Services@Jamexus.com for tracking purposes.
